Getting sick on holiday is bad enough. Trying to work out where to go, whether you need an appointment and how much it will cost makes it worse. Our walk-in clinic in Patong removes all of that. Turn up, see a doctor, get treated. No appointment, no membership, no referral.
We are on Prachanukroh Road, a few minutes from Patong Beach and the Bangla Road area, and we are open 24 hours a day including weekends and Thai public holidays.
What a walk-in clinic is for
We handle the everyday medical problems that spoil trips: fevers, stomach bugs, infections, cuts, burns, rashes, ear and eye problems, and the after-effects of too much sun. We also do the paperwork side, like medical certificates and insurance reports.
Think of us as the middle option. A pharmacy can sell you tablets but cannot examine you. A hospital can do everything but usually means a long wait and a bigger bill. A walk-in clinic sits between the two.
How long you will wait
Most people are seen within 10 to 20 minutes. We work first-come, first-served, with one exception: anyone who is seriously unwell goes ahead of the queue. If that is you, say so at reception rather than sitting quietly and waiting your turn.
Evenings after 8pm and Sunday afternoons are our busiest times. Early morning is usually quiet if your problem can wait.
English-speaking doctors
Our doctors and nurses speak English, and that changes the experience more than people expect. Describing stomach pain, or understanding when to take a medicine, is hard through a translation app.
You will be told what is wrong in plain words, what the treatment does, and what should happen next. Written instructions go home with you in English.

What to bring
Your passport, your travel insurance details if you have them, and any medicine you already take. That last one matters more than people think. Knowing what is already in your system stops us prescribing something that clashes with it.
If you have allergies to any medicine, tell us before treatment starts, not after.
When to go to hospital instead
We would rather send you to the right place than keep you here. Go straight to hospital, or call an ambulance, for chest pain, difficulty breathing, a serious head injury, heavy bleeding, a seizure, or if someone cannot be woken.
For everything short of that, a walk-in clinic is usually faster and calmer. If we find something that needs a scanner or a specialist, we stabilise you and arrange the transfer ourselves.

How much does a consultation cost?
There is a set fee for seeing the doctor, and treatment or tests are added on top. Ask at reception, or message us first, and you will know before anything starts.
Do you take travel insurance?
Most visitors pay at the clinic and claim it back. We give you an itemised receipt and a doctor’s report in English, which is what insurers ask for.
Can you come to my hotel instead?
Yes. If you are too unwell to travel, a doctor visits your hotel anywhere in Patong.
Can you treat children?
Yes, we see children of all ages. Bring their weight if you know it, since medicine doses depend on it.
